Shaun Gregory White – Of Counsel

Shaun Gregory White is a highly experienced litigator and trial attorney who brings almost 15 years of legal experience to LOPRESTI, PLLC. Shaun has managed numerous complex litigation matters from inception, through trial, to appeal. He has a broad range of legal experience in litigation having concentrated on commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice. Prior to LOPRESTI, PLLC Shaun worked as an attorney at Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP, followed by Slater, Sgarlato & Cappello, P.C., before starting his own firm.

Shaun is a proud veteran of the United States Navy,  where he served for 5 years as a mechanic working on the jet engines of aircraft such as the P-3 Orion, the SH-60 Seahawk and the S-3 Viking.

Education & Court Admissions

Shaun attended the University at Albany where he graduated with a BS in political science, and a minor in business. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.

Shaun is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
